This website is operated by CV Laundry Express Service. These Terms of Service apply to laundry pickup and delivery services ordered through https://seminyaklaundry.com, WhatsApp, or other official contact channels used by CV Laundry Express Service.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
CV Laundry Express Service provides laundry pickup and delivery services in Bali, Indonesia.
Customers may request laundry service through our website, WhatsApp, or other official contact channels. Our team will confirm the order details, collect the laundry, check and/or weigh the items, calculate the final price, process the laundry, and deliver the completed laundry order back to the customer or agreed delivery location.
2. Order Process
Customers are responsible for providing correct order information, including name, contact number, pickup address, delivery address, service type, preferred pickup time, preferred delivery time, and any special instructions.
An order is confirmed only after our team accepts and confirms the request.
3. Pricing
The final price may depend on laundry weight, number of items, item type, selected service type, pickup and delivery area, and express or urgent service requests.
Because laundry pricing often depends on the final checked or weighed quantity, the final price may be confirmed after pickup, checking, and weighing.
Our team may send the customer the final laundry weight, final price, and supporting photo of the laundry on the weighing scale before payment is completed.
4. Payment
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, bank transfer, or other payment options confirmed by our team.
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods. For some orders, payment may be requested before delivery. For other orders, cash payment may be accepted upon delivery.
The order may be marked as paid only after payment is received and confirmed by our team.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimated and may depend on traffic, weather, hotel or villa access, customer availability, and operational conditions.
For hotel and resort customers, laundry may be collected from or delivered to hotel reception, concierge, villa reception, or another agreed location based on the customer instruction.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the laundry is available for pickup and that the delivery location can receive the completed order.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers should check all pockets and remove personal belongings before handing laundry to our team.
CV Laundry Express Service is not responsible for cash, jewelry, documents, electronics, keys, or other personal items left inside pockets or laundry bags.
Customers should inform our team in advance about delicate items, special care requirements, stains, damaged items, color-running risk, or any item that requires special handling.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
CV Laundry Express Service takes reasonable care when handling customer laundry. However, some items may have existing damage, weak fabric, color fading, shrinkage risk, loose buttons, weak stitching, or care-label limitations.
Any claim for missing or damaged items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 24 hours.
Claims are reviewed case by case. Compensation, re-cleaning, repair, refund, or other resolution may be offered depending on the circumstances and supporting evidence.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order before pickup without cancellation charge.
After pickup, cancellation may not be possible if the laundry has already been collected, transported, checked, weighed, or processed.
If a customer cancels after the service has started, the customer may still be responsible for costs already incurred.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed case by case.
A refund may be considered if:
– The customer was overcharged.
– The service could not be completed.
– A verified service issue occurred.
– A duplicate or incorrect payment was made.
If an issue can be resolved by re-cleaning, correcting the service, or re-delivery, CV Laundry Express Service may offer this as the first solution before a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned using a suitable payment method agreed by CV Laundry Express Service and the customer.
10. Service Limitations
CV Laundry Express Service may refuse or reject items that are unsafe, heavily contaminated, unsuitable for normal laundry processing, or likely to damage other laundry.
We may also refuse service if the pickup or delivery address is outside our service area or if the order cannot be fulfilled safely or reasonably.
11. Privacy
Customer information is used to process orders, arrange pickup and delivery, communicate with customers, confirm payments, and provide customer support.
